Service use
Customers must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and use services only for lawful purposes. Malware, spam, attacks and infringement of third-party rights are prohibited.
Orders and payment
Configuration, billing term and payment amount are shown in the quote before confirmation. Provisioning starts only when an order meets its payment conditions.
Renewal, changes and cancellation
Expiry dates and auto-renewal settings are shown in the customer portal. Upgrade, renewal and refund amounts follow the quote and policy applicable at the time of the request.
Operations and support
VPSUS247 monitors its platform and receives requests through published support channels. Infrastructure operations may require processing or maintenance time; relevant updates will be provided when needed.
